By using Tamigo, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Tamigo provides a platform connecting tourists with local guides. We facilitate communication and booking but are not a party to the tour agreement between tourists and guides.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Guide Responsibilities
Guides are independent service providers, not employees of Tamigo. Guides are responsible for the quality and safety of their tours, and for compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Bookings and Payments
Booking terms are set by guides. Cancellation policies are displayed before booking. Payment terms will be specified in the booking process.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false or misleading information
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Circumventing the platform to avoid fees
7. Limitation of Liability
Tamigo provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the actions of guides or tourists, or for any damages arising from the use of our services.
